Frank Belk sent me this photo in June (I'm way behind on my posts), it's what used to be the old In and Out on Main Street. I think the official name was the Kwick Shack and it was the main hangout for hip juvenile delinquents from Lathrop. About all I remember was that the owner was named Al and their french fries were unsurpassed, even to this day. Here are some more memories about the place, unfortunately some have it confused with the In and Out chain.
